The reader cannot follow your calculations. Not knowing where your numbers are coming from makes it impossible to be able to check how you have arrived at your answers.

Your lack of labeling numbers, telling the reader what they represent, makes the information confusing and unusable. You need to label your stuff so I can tell what's going on. I suggest you ask for help, but first, look at the tasks and make a chart showing what you need to find. You also need to think of energy use over time. Not just energy use by itself. I see you have fixed the answer for total energy saved per year by subtracting correctly. You are still missing many other tasks for this project! Your final answer for total savings is not labeled. I still don't know how you got your answer for total energy saved. I don't see the work and I don't see important numbers used in the calculations. Too many of your numbers do not have any type of labels. What do the numbers represent? Remember, in the real world, numbers represent something. Your gym volume answer is way too large. You don't show any calculations for this either. Your calculations for total CO2 saved/yr in m3 are not complete. This affects your other calculations. Not using commas in your large numbers makes it hard to read. This also contributes to errors on your group's part. You are not rounding numbers when you need to. This report has several problems. In your task you mention that you need to find out how much "energy" can fit into the gym. Please look at the task again carefully. There seems to be a problem with your overall savings calculation. It's too low. It starts out OK but then you don't subtract the right amount. This low number then affects all your other calculations. Why do you have the exact same gym volume as group G1? You mentioned that you found distance in cubes. You do not need cubes to measure distance. Your report would be much easier to read if you would make the final answers stand out somehow. Also some charts, tables and diagrams would be very helpful. You are close on most of your calculations. Small mistakes are causing big errors in your final answers. These errors need to be fixed in order to receive a passing grade for this module. Did you make the same mistake? You don't show how you did your calculations for total energy savings. It would have been helpful to label the gym measurements on the picture itself. You did not calculate volume of CO2, just weight. You need to continue with this calculation. Also, what is the average for lights on for your group? This is very important. This report is missing important information. What is the volume of CO2 saved? How many gyms is this? It is hard to find information in this report. You do not label the average hours on per lightbulb/day. Some of your numbers do not have labels, making it hard to understand what they represent. Others are wrong, like "Length of gym: 145 cubes". Things are confusing. For example: "9.2 people are going to use this amount of energy in a year." Using charts, labels, graphs, putting numbers on pictures, would make things much easier to understand. Proofreading your work would have helped a lot. There are many small mistakes that make the whole report confusing. In your calculations of energy saved, there is a major mistake. Think about time. Very well done people! Your use of tables, charts, telling the reader what each number represents, makes a huge difference. Your presentation is clear and very informative. It shows you used information well and paid attention to detail. I really like the thinking in your "What should be done?" part. You have many good ideas like making commercials, education, etc. I also found your suggestion to still not build a new power plant very logical because you mention that Dominicans can change more than one bulb. The way you labeled the picture of the gym was very informative. Putting in the times of average light bulb use for each of your group's members also makes your information more believable. Wow! This report is full of great information. I can tell much thought, attention to detail, good information skills and a lot of effort went into this. I found your tables, highlights, use of boldface, charts and diagrams to be really helpful. I liked how you reflected on what you learned about (for example: how to distinguish useful information from information that is not, consumer skills...) I really liked how you extended the problem by showing area of the DR covered with gyms to show volume. This really helps to visualize such large numbers of gyms. It was impressive that you also used time (2.65 years) to show how long it would take to cover the whole country with CMS gyms. This is one of the most impressive examples of thinking I have seen in a long time! You can compare your findings to that of others' by going to the Overall Findings page.
